Sure, there are soccer fields, picnic areas, and a fishing lake.  The really cool thing, however, is the population of nutria that live in the pond.

Some people say nutria are just rats, but they're actually South American rodent much more similar to a beaver.  They happen to love bread.

Perhaps they also like Diet Coke.
